My Uncle Frank was a wonderful Uncle to my sister & I. I was fortunate to have his love the last 50 years. I am forever grateful for the time spent and love you gave us. I have the best childhood memories with you, at a young age you stepped up and spent a lot of time being a second Father to us. Forever I will carry you in my heart and I will miss your contagious laugh. Thank you for being such a great chapter in my life. I Love you Uncle Frankie

I met Frank when he first opened the Cozy Cup. Breakfast after church on Sundays was a regular tradition along with other visits during the week. It was always a treat when Frank would come out of the kitchen and sit down with you, and just shoot the breeze with you. He genuinely showed interest in what was going on in your life. You could never eat there without hearing his laugh at least once while he visited with other folks too. We moved to Nevada 20 years ago, but we would still make sure we stopped in for a meal at the Cozy Cup when we were in town. Although we didn’t frequent as much as we used to, Frank NEVER FORGOT us, and we immediately felt like we had never left Hollister, as he was excited to see us and hear what was going on in our lives. We are saddened beyond belief of his passing and will truly miss his smile, his laugh, and his genuine concern for all those he knew. We are keeping you and your family in our thoughts and prayers Wendy.

Our sincerest condolences. It was pure joy to have known Frank through softball and the restaurant. Tom and I were always greeted with the warmest hello and sports talk that my husband looked forward as he waited for his “Joe’s special”, while I loved looking at the beautiful jewelry that Wendy created until my “Cajun Works” arrived. Frank’ genius was being able to ridicule me while I ate breakfast or lunch in a way that made me want to keep coming back. His passing leaves an unfillable hole. Wendy, I hope to see you and Jake and Aaron much more at the Cup for a long time.

Our hearts have been so heavy since hearing of Frank’s passing. His personality was larger than life, and he had a heart to match.
