Dear Phil and family, Toni taught me a lot of valuable lessons as a young girl. She taught me about respecting those who are different, to have patience with those who are not able to do all the things they want to do, and the beauty of unfiltered joy. I remember her big smile, every time we pulled up at the house in the old green Dodge. She was so genuinely excited to see us all! I will never forget those moments or her pure, unadulterated love of family and friends. My condolences to you all.
