To all the Welton Family . I would like to let you know that I considered Page one of my most trusted friends. I will miss her greatly not only for the friendship, which has always most important, but I will greatly miss her guidance and knowledge. As a professional in the Real Estate world I often would contact Page for help on problem properties and was always meet with answers that were helpful, straight, concise, correct and most of all helpful. At times Page could be hard to get close to but once you were close then you had a good and trusted friend as fierce as any friendship could be. I known you will all miss her greatly. I known the Real Estate world will. What a wonderful person she was. Thanks god for Page.

Page introduced my husband Sami and I 28 years ago. We were Century 21 Relators in the same office . We have used Page for many years. We are so sorry for your loss and are prayers are with your family. We now live out of the area and a family member called me to let me know . My mother lives in Hollister and is selling her property . First person I thought of was Page ... honest hardworking and easy going . Wonderful person

I was told the news that Page had passed yesterday. I have known her most of my life as her and my Mother were great friends. I am very sad to hear this news Page was a wonderful lady and will be missed. Now she sleeps in heaven with the Lord.

Page was more then a friend, she was family to my kids and I. She was in our lives for 20 years. One of my favorite moments with Page, my girls came to the office, and they saw a blue necklace that looked like the one from the titanic. She said Pete found it on the bottom of the ocean and brought home. She then gave it to them, they loved that necklace for years. We shared so much in each other lives, my kids and I will truly miss her. My condolences to your family. Love you always. The Robinson/Alatorre family

Although my cousin Page and I didn’t grow up together, I best remember her as the elegant older cousin I would visit around Christmas time. I would stay with Aunt Fern and family for a week where Katie, Chatie (Leslie) and I would hang out together. I remember Page as a quiet girl who loved being with her horse out enjoying herself on the beautiful ranch where they lived~ So sorry to hear of her passing, prayers of comfort to her family and loved ones❤️

Page not only was my Mentor, she was one of my first transactions and her kindness and knowledge allowed me to become a Coldwell Banker agent. Page seemed gruff but underneath she had a very good heart. She advised me as a new agent and was always wiling to help. She was very service oriented. Her clients loved her! Page was not only my colleague but my friend. She would always greet me with:
" Hey there Mary Sunshine", She was one of the nicest sweetest friends anyone could ever had! She was funny, intelligent, but most of all she was the kindest person & had a heart that was bigger than Texas! 8 years ago Page took me under her wing and taught me a lot about what she knew. We all know she knew more about real estate than God himself! But more importantly she was my friend, my mentor,my confidant. I knew that NO MATTER what I shared with Page it was all in confidence. & even if all she did was listen I ALWAYS left Page feeling alot better than I did before we had our little talks, I am such a better person today for knowing & sharing my time with Page. I will miss Page, she was so nice to me in every way. Such knowledge of real estate that she would be the first person I would go to with a question.
Recently we talked about our love for the Western Style in clothes and jewelry. We both agreed that Cowboys and Indians magazine was the best. She was an awesome women, loved the land and sold many acres of it.
Page said to me, when I cant sleep, I go on-line and just look at property, I just can't stay away from it.
