I offer the deepest condolences to the family. I have worked with Mitch since I was 22, I'm 37 now. He has been a mentor, father figure, and friend. We shared an office and talked almost nightly. He has been important to both myself and my family. I finally had the courage to clean his desk yesterday that resulted in sorrow and sadness. Mitch was amazing, got me into shooting, helped me at work, and just my friend. With my broken family, he's been more in my life than my dad. Coworkers and I miss him. Jim, you raised a good man. Thank you for bringing him in my life.
