Steve was a good man. I had known him for a few years. Our last conversation was that we were going to get together for lunch. That never came about, and we lost touch. I came across his telephone number today and looked him up, only to sadly find that he had passed these many years ago. I know his passing was a loss to all that knew him.
My best wishes to his family.

To the Mottau Family. I am so sorry to hear of Steves passing. Steve was one of the kindest, giving and caring individual a person could ever know. There is not a time that I never saw Steve without a smile on his face and always asking how you were doing? Steve I will never forget the time we were at the Shy Clown Casino in Sparks Nevada. We all had such a great time that weekend. All the Bbq's and get togethers. Thank you for being such a great friend to Lloyd and our family. Steve will truly be missed but his wonderful memories will always be in our heart. God Bless the Family.

Hearing this news today has brought me deep sorry. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Steve was such a great man. Always there when you needed him. He was a wonderful friend to my dad Lloyd. His smile and kind wave while driving down the road will surely be missed.
