Dear Sharon, I hope you remember me. Dan and my husband Jack were close friends. I remember that you and Dan came to Jack's memorial service. I was so surprised and pleased to see you both. A pang of sadness too when I spotted you two. So kind of you to come such a distance. I can't come to the service because I don't drive freeways anymore but my thoughts will be with you. The Dipmans alerted me to Dan's passing. The obituary and Dan's picture are lovely. Love, Vicki Erlan

We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit with the McCarthy's and Sullivan's at our Lake Almanor cabin a few years ago. All the stories of getting together as youngsters at their Boye's Springs cabin brought back the great memories of the vacations and parties the McLaughlin's and McCarthy's shared.
