At the time Dee was manager of Wells Fargo Bank in Morgan Hill, I was the manager of another local Bank (Monterey Savings). The Morgan Hill Times wrote an article on the "first" women bank managers and I felt honored to be interviewed with Dee. Fond memories of this wonderful woman.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Dee at South Valley Nat'l. Bank and at San Benito Bank. She was a unique person with wonderful grace and goodness about her. I have fond memories of calling on customers and prospects with Dee. She was not only liked by all, but admired as well, for her personality and integrity. She will be missed.

A beautiful light has gone out in our little town of Hollister. Dee, you will be greatly missed by all. You touched so many hearts and lives throughout San Benito and we are better for having known you. Your work is done, fine Lady!
