Arnold was my very first boss in local government. He hired me on April 24, 1977. I could not have asked for a better boss. He was pleasant and sometimes funny. Like the time he wrote to the State and called them “over educated vegetables”! Back then it was bold and we chuckled about it occasionally. Throughout the years I would see him once in a while but I was very happy when he came to my retirement party.
I wish his family the best. Your dad was an honorable family man. My condolences.
