Our thoughts and prayers are with the Caetano family. If not for the friendship of Uncle Richard and Aunt Alice with Mr and Mrs Caetano, would friendship of Michael Rodriguez and Joseph Cataeno blossom.
Michael’s fondest high school memories at the Caetano household are the big breakfasts, salami and cheeses…and the peakcock on the roof. First time eating blue cheese with Mrs Caetano made Michael a blue cheese lover.
Heartfelt support for Joseph. Your mother was a warm, wonderful and beautiful lady.

The Caetano family, my second family and home. So many wonderful memories. Mim was the always so loving towards me. I admired her crisp white blouses, khakis and red lipstick. She was so glamorous. She'd perch herself at the kitchen counter with her glass of red wine and would always ask me questions about my life and family ... she knew how to make me feel special. I think of her every time I sit at my own kitchen counter. Even though I didn't visit much once I moved away, when I did, she was the same old Mim, talkative and sweet as ever. I will miss her. May God comfort all of the family as you celebrate her life and legacy.

A Historic Day with Gigi/Mom!
We will miss you so much! We're posting about one of our favorite days with Gigi. We casually walked around SJB, taking in all of the sights (and chickens) together and of course visiting the Mission to admire Papa Leonard's plaque. Gigi was pointing out the lovely flowers and gardens along the way and talked about the history of the Mission, and how much it means to our family and the community. We learned a lot from her that day.
We ended our tour at Vertigo Cafe and shared some pizza and refreshments with Grandma Gigi. It was a lovely day and one we will we cherish forever.
We love you and you will always be in our hearts!

My memories of "Mrs. C"...she was always so welcoming. I loved coming over to see Nora. Mr. and Mrs. C were so warm. They would always chat with me and made me feel included.
It doesn't matter how old we are when we lose our parents. It's always too soon. Peace and grace to all who loved her.

I want to take a moment to say how sad I am to hear of Mim's passing, my deepest condolences to her family, Mim was great at making friends easily, I used to read water meters in San Juan and that's how we met, when I was approaching her street I would hope Mim would be outside so she could share more of her stories of the old days in San Juan and her adventures with her husband and children and she made me feel very welcome since I was a newcomer and wish I could tell her how grateful I was to call her friend it was a true honor Mim I pray that Jesus holds you in his arms allways my friend and may he bless you with a street lined with your favorite flowers that you can teach passerbys about R I P my friend
