Carolyn and I would like to send our love and condolences to the Gularte Family. We are sorry that we just heard about his passing last night. My relationship with Dick started back in the 70's. Such a nice man. Carolyn's relationship started way before that, as the Gularte and DeVincenzi families spent time together in the 'earlier' years.

Dick was a wonderful person.
When I was 16 or 17, just purchased my new/well-used car and got a flat tire. I was so upset, I walked over to Chevron crying and Dick was there. I was working at Wapples at the time so Dick walked over, looked at my flat tire, and said don't worry. He let me make payments for the work. I will never forget that.

One of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. An avid golfer who would drive his cart from his house first thing in the morning inside Ridgemark. He would stop along the way to hit a few range balls on the driving range before heading to the tee box to play with his friends. Great guy. RIP Dick.

I was so sorry to hear this. Dick was a very kind, funny, wonderful man. After our get-together following our last class reunion Dick said something so funny that had us all laughing. Every time I remember this I can still see him laughing at his silly comment! My heart breaks for his wonderful family. God bless you Dick, & may you RIP. This is a huge loss for the class of ‘59.
