We met Mary and Jerry in Jasper Alberta at a Rotary meeting in May of 1990. It was the start of a Beautiful Friendship! We will miss Jerry forever. We rejoice in the many wonderful times we had on road trips in Indiana, New York, Vermont, Maine, Texas, Scotland, Portugal, Spain and Alberta. Thank you Jerry for being an absolutely Wonderful Guy!!

Mary, I wanted to let you know how sad this makes me. Another San Benito County icon is gone. He will not be forgotten as you and Gerry gave so much to the community in so many ways. One a personal note...he was my friend and he helped me when I needed it the most and I will never forget his kindness and understanding. I really appreciated the friendship you and Gerry had with my Mom and Dad...a huge part of their circle of friends. My most sincere condolences to you, Mary and your entire family...

I will always remember Jerry and a heartfelt endearing man with a wonderful laugh. He always put a smile on my face when he came into the office or just called to say hello.
