I was Ivan's neighbor and it saddens me to see this news. We loved seeing him on his daily walks in the neighborhood and he loved our dog, Spencer, whom he called "his boy" every time he would see him. I enjoyed talking to him regularly for the short time I did know him and he will surely be missed in the neighborhood. Sending his family my condolences, thoughts and prayers.
