Obituary of Jesus Alfredo Perez

Jesús Alfredo Pérez González passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital in San José, CA on March 11, 2021 at the age of 84. He is survived by his loving wife, María Luisa; four children: Ubaldo, Carla, Erika and Shaide; six grandchildren: Enrique, Karen, Zhaide, Kevin, Alex and Nico; and five great-grandchildren: Liana, Anicia, Dominic, Annalie, and Stella. Alfredo was born in San Luis Potosí, México to Juana María González Romo and Nicolas Pérez Vázquez. He had nine brothers and sisters, eight of which preceded him in death. Alfredo was a gentle, joyful, and loving human being who touched every person he knew. He worked 24 years at Gilroy Foods and lived in Hollister, CA during the last 28 years of his life. Alfredo was passionate about the performing arts and dedicated many years of his life to stand-up comedy while living in Chicago. He was also a writer of children’s stories, a poet, and a music composer.
