Obituary of Gregoria "Gollita" Escamilla

Gregoria (Gollita) Escamilla Valadez, age 86, passed on January 20th, 2021. Gregoria is preceded in death by her beloved husband Pedro Escamilla. She has been a resident of Hollister since 1968. Gregoria moved here from Lagos De Moreno, Jalisco where she was born and raised. She is survived by her nine children: Connie, Efren, Ramon, Maria Elena, Javier, Amelia, Gracie, Pedro and Ismael (Mailo). She is also survived by her many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 26th, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. ***** Covid rules will apply *****
On Wednesday, January 27th, family and friends will meet at St. Benedict Church at 11:00 a.m. for a Mass of the Resurrection. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
