The United States Lipizzan Federation expresses our great sadness and sends our deepest condolences to Laura's family. She was one of our hardest working and most enthusiastic members, serving as President and also as Treasurer, as well as being an active member of the Board of Directors over two decades. We will miss her energy, her expertise and sage advice, and her willingness to reach for the stars to benefit our members and, through them, our beloved Lipizzan horses. Knowing we have lost one of our own, we visualize her reunited with her handsome Lipizzan stallion, Maestoso II Sabrina ("Smokey") cantering through Heaven's fields and we wish her eternal happiness..
