I have known Ruth for over 50 years. She was like a sister to me. Indirectly, she was responsible for my ministry with Child Evangelism Fellowship. Back about 1967 we were attending a weekly Bible study together. It turned into a teacher training class. At the time I had no interest in teaching Good News Clubs. But I attended the training each week because Ruth didn't drive and couldn't go if I didn't. In that class I developed a love of working with children that has lasted for over 50 years. Ruth, I will see you again in Heaven. You have always been an inspiration to me. Without you I would have missed the many blessings I have received serving our heavenly Father through the years.
