I was saddened to hear of both Barbara and Eugene's passing. I usually call during the holidays, and after not getting through on several attempts, I went online to see if their phone number had changed and discovered that they had passed. I am the son of Eugene's cousin, the late Nancy Platto, and he and I got into exchanging some great family tree information over the years. I remember them both visiting my grandma, his cousin Helen Hunter, in their RV with St. Bernard's in tow when I was young. I will miss our calls and the recollections they passed on to me that I otherwise would have never heard. You will be missed.
