Obituary of Manuel Arturo De La Cruz

Manuel Arturo De La Cruz passed away on October 18, 2020 at the age of 67 in Simi Valley, California at Adventist Health Simi Valley. Manuel Arturo De La Cruz was born in Ejido Distrito Federal Baja California, Mexico to Jesus De La Cruz and Esther Garcia De La Cruz on June 14, 1953. He was the third of 15 siblings. He is survived by his wife Elvira Benavides De La Cruz and children: Manuel Arturo Jr., Maria Elvira, Alejandro, Jaime, Armando. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren: Raul Manuel, Daniel, James, Jacob, Monique, Andrew, Gabriel Elias, Emily Ruby, Armando Josue, Mariah, Jose Maria, Alejandro Malaquias and Issac. Arturo was a loving and caring father and grandfather who devoted everything to his family.Arturo came to Hollister at the age of 16. He worked in agriculture. Later on, he owned a restaurant business. In 1991, he started his truck driving career until present. He will be greatly missed. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
