I met this man years ago while playing softball with his son John. I saw him just a few weeks before he passed out in Tres Pinos at a little restaurant. Always had a smile and would engage you in conversation. Nice man. My condolences to John and the rest of the family.

I selected this candle because it warms my heart. It is the main color of the label for my 2018 Negrette, that Ron described as "you hit it out of the park on that". Ron's warmth and friendship will be with me forever.

I only knew Ron for a few years. But from the first time I spoke with him, I warmed up to him immediately. We chatted often, and had the opportunity to spend the night and have dinner with Ron and Dee at the Wheeler House - wonderful time, many hours of laughter and great fun.
I will miss Ron greatly. My sincere condolences to his whole family. His knowledge, work ethic, and perspective will be missed by many.

A sad time of perfect nature. But of course you are surrounded by its genetic renewal too. A grand old tree (visible from England) falls and new light is shed on those remaining. Including you my friend. After adjusting to the photosynthetic shock a burst of fresh growth always occurs. Not only of youth on the ground, also of newly invigorated side branches on all the nearest trunks. Indeed often totally new branches sprout and flourish.
With respect to all Siletto’s, a wonderful family like yours says a lot about Ron.

Dee, John, Joe, and Rhonda, We mourn with you. Ron will always remain in our hearts - the loving, big hearted, generous, adventurous, and dynamic man he was to my sister Patty and to all of us in her extended family. And then Dee and Ron, who continued to embrace us when we lost Patty. We loved Ron; we love you all still at this tremendous distance of years. Your father was so proud of all of your accomplishments. May he Rest In Peace,

To All of Ron's Family---John, Joseph, Rhonda, and Aunt Dee and your Precious family...My heart has been thinking of all the beautiful times and gatherings spent with Uncle Ron..Ron invited Greg and I to move to California in 1990..Greg wanted to come but I was a bit unsure of the West Coast after growing up in NY and years later meeting Greg in FL..... Ron helped Greg and I to the 10th degree and always made CA feel like Home! He helped us with our first home here and blessed us Tremendously when our daughter, Kelly, arrived in 1993 by buying our First Baby Furniture..and again 3 years later our sweet Amy with Special Needs, Ron took the time to care and listen.......Warm and always compassionate to us...I will forever cherish Ron's hugs..It never mattered what amount of time passed as Our girls grew, but a phone call or running into Ron, he always had a big hug and kind words...You are loved Ron and will be missed!!

To the family my sincerest condolences. I knew Ron through Rotary. When he was president I was on the board of directors and had the pleasure of working with him. This is what I learned from Ron. He knew how to run a meeting. He was not a time-waster.
He delegated well. He was punctual. He was serious but knew when to use humor to both get everyone's attention and also put everyone at ease. He had an infectious smile. Most importantly, he was a true gentleman. He will rest in peace!

My deepest sympathies to you all in this difficult time. I only had the pleasure of meeting Ron a few times thought John. Each time was fun, full of passion and humor. I think Ron and I would have gotten along well. One time, John and I got my dad and Ron together, they were both of similar age. I have fond memories of that day together. I know you will all miss Ron dearly, and that is sad to think about, but the time you spent with Ron and his larger than life personality will always be there in your memories as an inspiration to all those who knew him.

I only met Ron a few times, but felt like he was a close friend through the loving stories from John over the last 20 plus years. One time, when my daughter was very young, we visited the ranch in Paicines. John, Ron and I had a great time, but my daughter was a bit bored and laid in the dirt and drew with a stick. I thought this photo was sweet and it might bring back nice memories of Ron and the time spent with him at the ranch.
