I remember Dona Olga from when I was a kid I was a neighbor when I was a kid . One day I was waiting for the mailman , she saw me and asked If I wanted some cake , she brought a whole banana cake and told me I can have it all . This was around 1983 now I’m 45 . My condolences to the family

Thank you everyone for your heart felt condolences and memories of our mom. Our mother was a fighter, survivor and advocate for those in need. Our mom had the biggest heart in the world and she was fierce. Our mom taught us to never give up even when we wanted to throw in the towel, mom would say step back think about it for a while and go back and try again. Giving up was never in her vocabulary. When the doctors said she would not survive hip surgery she proved them wrong, when they said she would never walk again she proved them wrong. Mom was a fighter until the end she knew she was surrounded by love, we were with her until the very end. Mom taught us to believe that this was our temporary home and that when we left this earth we would enter our forever home. Mom and dad instilled in us a great faith in God and His promises of eternal life.

My memory is of when we would go to ur house your dad my dad and uncles would be in the garage where he had Raider stuff up and they would drinking and singing, your mom my mom and Tias would have food making the men eat and kids would be running around your making all kinds of noise and your Mom would tell us to eat but we were to busy playing but I remember her taking me inside and giving me a tortilla with some meat inside made me sit until I finished then I ran back outside to play.
