Obituary of Patricia Partida

Patricia Partida was born on March 31, 1957 in El Paso, Texas to Juan Partida Sr. and Margarita Partida, and died on March 25, 2020 in Manteca, California; she was a long-time resident of Hollister, California where she then moved to Washington State and returned to California due to her illness to be with her daughters in the Central Valley. Patricia is survived by her two daughters Isabel Pinon and Rosie Alvarez, and stepson Andrew Colvill; 6 grandchildren (Desarie, Idalis, Jowell, Izaiah, Adrian and Ava), and 1 great-granddaughter (Laveah); and her brothers and sisters, Juan Partida Jr, Albert Partida, Maria Hernandez, Rosie Perez, Obdulia Partida, and Beatriz Partida. She is predeceased by her parents Juan and Margarita Partida; her brother Gustavo Partida and her nephew Andrew Gutierrez. Patricia Partida attended Gavilan College and graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Administration. She worked for Microsoft and Xerox, she also did work as a librarian and a Girl Scout leader. Patricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She enjoyed reading taking her daughters when they were young to the local parks and beaches while she laid out and relaxed. She had a joy for knitting her blankets, and enjoyed doing arts and crafts with the kids. She enjoyed country dancing at Casa De Fruta where she frequented in her younger adult life. She enjoyed gathering with family to camp and celebrate special occasions at Thousand Trails, or in Hollister for barbeques and family events. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends at the Hollister and Reno Biker rallies. She loved going to the casinos at all chances she could. And she was a loyal weekly Power Ball and Mega Million player. She liked listening to her country music, oldies, cumbias and corredos, and loved Ed Sheeran. She loved watching Novelas, and Lifetime shows. Patricia was a devoted loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys football team her whole life! She was loved by many, and will be missed! Services will be private
