Richard & I played football against each other in 1954. I was with Carmel and he was at Hollister. Our paths crossed again when I became a Lion. Richard was always contacting me about events that Hollister Lions were having and we would always show up, especially the Basque Dinners in San Juan.
WE had a great time talking about the football game played in 1954. He was a senior and I a Soph. We won that game 20-7 and I was lucky enough to get past Richard for a 60 yd run. We teased each other for years about that game. I will miss his humor, friendliness, smile, and being a friend for the past 10 years. I will miss him very much. Clyde R. Klaumann Carmel, Ca

So sorry to hear of Mr. Tibetts passing. He was a regular customer of ours at Nob Hill. Always friendly and thoughtful. If he noticed I was working, he'd wait for me to help him out no matter how long my line was. I will miss hearing about his Hawaii trips to visit his brother and family (which he really looked forward to) and his days at the market. Rest in peace Mr. Tibbetts.

Will always remember his smile. Would always run into him at Nob Hill while shopping and we would talk forever. He always wanted to know how everyone was and would talk about Bill, Sally and the entire family with such love. I was very sad to hear of Richards passing. I met him while visiting his mom Mrs. Tibbetts, our next door neighbor on Tiffany dr. He was always so kind and helpful. He was a good friend to my dads. Sending prayers to the tibbetts family and friends.

So sorry to hear about Richard's passing. We had fixed a glass at his house and he came in to pay the bill and stayed to visit 3 hours. He was an old school mate and he will be missed.

My condolences to the family. I met the Tibbetts a long time ago when we moved in next door to then on Tiffany Dr. what a beautiful family we loved your whole family. Sorry to hear that Dick passed away may he rest in piece. Hw was a good friend to all who met him.

My condolences to The Tibbetts family. Mr. Tibbetts was always such a wonderful friendly man. I’m honored to have known him. He would always brighten our doctors office and our homes with the beautiful orchids that he would bring to us. May he Rest In Peace. I have many pooka shell trinkets that he brought for me from his trips to Hawaii while visiting his brother. I will cherish them forever. Thank you Richard for being a beautiful person.
