I remember meeting Mr. Bourdet through my father, Floyd L. Johnson, at the FSU Football KickOff Dinner in1970 or 1971. I want you all to know how much his work affected my father's life. Dad had 3 daughters and wanted interaction with boys, so FSU sports was heaven for him. Mr. Bourdet made it possible for my dad to love his life so much, being involved with fundraising and comradeship with the athletes and coaches and the Fresno State Red Wave. We girls got involved because our mother was so involved and we all grew to love FSU sports. Now my sons and their families support FSU, and still carry on the tradition my father started.
