Growing up together as friends and cousins are such fond memories. My deepest condolences to Aunt Beverly, Kelly, Erinn and Casey. Deb was a wonderful , caring person. She could not have found a more perfect mate as Kelly, they were made for each other. Deb will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to meet her. May she rest in peace. With love dear cousin, Candy

I will always treasure the memories of Debbie as our babysitter, friend and the most amazing cousin a person could ask for. We had camping at the lake with Uncle Jake boat and us kids (Denalee,Denise, me and Jimmy) would ride our Bikes or walk the canal bank to her house and play cards or just talk! If you were around Kelly and Deb at any point in your life then you were truly blessed to have known a Special loving couple❤️ Deb will truly be MISSED. Love, Diana Ashby Vargas

The moment I met Deb, I felt like I had known her for many years. She was so comfortable to be around and talk to. Although we were very close in age, I felt that her wisdom was that of a very old soul. Deb, I may have only had the pleasure of seeing you once when you and Kelly welcomed me into your home for a family reunion, but I will always remember your kindness and fun spirit and how you truly made me feel like family. Dance with the Angels pretty lady and I hope to see you again someday! Love always!! Milann.
Prayers for comfort for Kelly and the whole family who loves Deb so dearly.

Our Deb was the most amazing woman. She had a way of making every person she was with feel so special. Why? Because we are all special to her. She was extremely creative and was constantly making or sewing something for us all. Sewing for her grandchildren was one of her greatest joys. How often she would post on facebook something like, " I'm off to make a shirt for Tevan and a dress for Edie...la la la la la." You could almost picture her skipping off to her sewing room. That laugh! That amazing, wonderful laugh. She is the only person I've ever known who could talk and laugh at the same time! She is a true daughter of the King. You could see His light in her eyes. God graciously loaned her to us for 66 years but He wanted her home. Many of my friends have said to me..."she is in a better place." But I respond, "No, she is in the BEST place and heaven is throwing a huge celebration to welcome her and she is experiencing more joy than she could ever imagine. My heart goes our to my brother, my niece and nephew, those sweet babies and her dear mother. I know your loss is over whelming but I hope you can take some solace in knowing how adored you are. You gave her a wonderful life and brought her so much happiness. We will, one day, all be reunited and that happiness will be unending.

I will always remember her smile and infectious laugh. She saw the bright light in each storm. She took each of these days with a smile and a fight that had full heart. She never gave up. Cancer didn’t win this battle because she beat it down each day. Heaven was just ready for another angel. Cancer only wins if it can take your soul....and she never let it. She will always watch over us. We love you and will miss you pretty lady!!!
