May our Heavenly Father comfort all of Mr. Anthony Joseph Sota’s family and friends, giving perpetual reassurance of a most joyous reunion in Heaven with him someday; not a fantasy or a dream or merely a self-comforting hope, but a firm reality. Mr. Sota’s inheritance in Christ will last forever because God is faithful to His promise and because Mr. Sota is His beloved child and faithful servant.
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”

Mr. Sota’s daughter, Anntoinette was my high school classmate and as long as I’ve known her she has been a living tribute to the kind of man her dad is, who raised her firm in the faith and grace of Christ not only with words but by example too. This is so evident in the loving tributes posted online, that celebrate his life. My faith in God’s eternal love has been strengthened today, as I read of Mr. Sota’s love for the church and his selfless service to God in many ways, not the least of which was demonstrated by bringing the lives of his children into this world and raising them in love and the character of Christ our Saviour.
