Obituary of Pedro Quinones Hernandez

Pedro Quinones Hernandez passed away in his home surrounded by his loving family on July 20, 2018 at the age of 86 years.

Pedro was a resident of Hollister for over 60 years. He was married to Juana Galvan Hernandez and they had 4 children together. He was a retired warehouse cannery worker for Tri-Valley Growers and a member of Teamsters Local #890.

Pedro enjoyed visiting with friends and family, (especially his grandchildren). He also enjoyed fishing, gardening, and watching the San Francisco Giants

He is survived by his 4 children: Alicia Hernandez, Silvia Hernandez, Arturo (Mercedez) Hernandez, and Carmen (Scott) Murray; as well as his grandchildren: Victoria and Vanessa Hernandez and Ty, Isabella and Siena Murray.He was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Juana Galvan Hernandez.

Visitation will be at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 25th from 08:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Family and friends will then meet at Immaculate Conception Church in Tres Pinos at 11:00 a.m. for a Mass of the Resurrection. Interment will follow at IOOF Cemetery, Buena Vista Road at Acacia Court in Hollister.
