Paxton and O'Donnell family,
I was so saddened to hear of the loss of Jim. He was unique and a very special person. As a counselor and advisor he was just the best! Jim and John O'Brien harassed our health insurance company for about a 30 hour period one weekend in May 1984. They refused to pay insurance premium For Dennis Holthouse liver transplant. Jim and John were persistant, Transplant occured in July. As a friend he was so dear and will be missed. Blessings, Bev

I never saw a man so eloquently argue his case at Planning Commission. I always said if I ever had a development issue I would hire Jim Paxton. A man with real class and polite persistence. Our condolences to the entire Paxton Family. God Bless Jim.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Paxton. He and I worked on many real estate transactions together. He was incredibly smart, hardworking and very kind. You could always talk to him intelligently but he never talked in attorney jargon that nobody could understand. He was a huge wealth of information concerning real estate law. To his family, I am so sorry for your loss, he was a good man.
