Obituary of Richard A. Farnham

Richard A. Farnham, 84, of Campbell, CA  passed away in Hollister, CA on May 15, 2018 after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Friends and family are welcome to attend any of the following: Visitation will begin at 09:00 a.m. on Monday, May 21st at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home. Fuuneral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Graveside services will follow, 1:30 p.m. at Los Gatos Memorial Park.

Richard was born in San Jose, CA to Irene and Martin Farnham on August 20, 1933.  He graduated from Campbell High School and attended Cal Poly before serving in the U.S. Army where he was stationed in Germany.  He owned his own construction business until he retired to Hollister at Ridgemark Golf and Country Club.  In his retirement, he enjoyed many years of golf and volunteering at the Hazel Hawkins Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop.   

Richard is survived by his wife of 61 years, Alice; his children Doug (Sandi), Mark, Elizabeth (Luis), Barbara (Ron), Linda (Scott), Tim (Gabrielle), Ellen (Lance); 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
