What a woman Teresa was and will be in my mind forever. This video in her memory really help me understand Teresa better, to see her "Frank" (senior) after hearing about him for so many years; to witness the likeness of Teresa in her youth to her daughter Trish and granddaughter Jennifer; to see how many lives she touched with her amazing wit, charm, and commitment to family. Teresa was an inspiration for all of us who feel "too old" for this or that as she would stand as tall as her small frame would let her (with a little extra help from her favorite high heel shoes) and look you right in the eyes and say "you are never too old, look at me....now let's go". She had a tender heart with a fighting spirit, with kindness for all who came to visit her. A sense of humor that would never cease to amaze me and yet this way of holding herself with dignity that I respected.
Teresa touched so many lives and I feel blessed to have known her........and her lovely son, Tom, who was my brother in law and one of my favorite people ever, Her legacy lives on through her children and grandchildren..........such a beautiful woman and an unforgettable person. It was an honor to know you.
With love, Sheryl

Just watched the video put together for Auntie Teresa and it is great! She sure did do it her way, and hew way was to be admired. In her later years, visiting her, it was so wonderful to hear all the "colorful" stories. She would ask about our children and tell us old stories about our parents. She had us laughing and crying. She had so much love. Love you Auntie T and happy you're with Uncle Frank again after 10 years.

Dear Frank and family, please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of your mom. She was such a wonderful interesting person! Every time I saw her, she would tell me wonderful stories about the family. How she played with me when I was a baby staying with tia cefe, when my poor mom was in the hospital. She will be missed! I’m sorry I can’t make the service as we will be getting back from a mini trip that day. My love to you all, Isabell

My condolences to the family and relatives of Teresa Sanchez. She was such a wonderful woman always with a smile and kind words. Whenever I think is Teresa I can see her with the lovely outfits and high heels. I remember when I was younger we would go to the grocery store, that was on the corner of 4th and San Benito Street , she was always so sweet and helpful. As I got older and would drive past her house on 7th Street I would see her out in her garden tending to her flowers. Even though I hadn't seen Teresa in years. I have some fond memories of her. What a blessing she was to her family and friends.

Teresa was such a great lady and a wonderful friend to my mom, Chris Root. They would visit almost every day when my mom was able to. She would tell your mom, "I love you to the moon and back". She had a terrific sense of humor! My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Teresa, you brought so much light into my mother's life, and then to my entire family. I loved our talks and learned so much from you. I know that you and Mom have reconnected in Heaven and are enjoying each other's company again. My heart is aching, but I have comfort knowing you are at peace and with loved ones who have gone before you. I love you to infinity.
To Teresa's family, I am so sorry for your loss. Teresa was one in a billion.

Auntie Teresa was my Godmother and I remember her cheerful personality and brightly colored clothes with matching purses and pumps. I loved the beautiful petticoats and white gloves she would gift me when I was a child. In her final years, she loved visitors and had funny and charming stories to tell, always sharing her warmth and love. She cherished the view of hummingbirds outside her window. Because of her cheerful spirit, I would like to think she died in peace. May her love bring warmth to her family at this time of grief.
