Obituary of Nathan Eugene Van De Mark

Nathen Eugene "NayNay" Van De Mark was born on October 27, 1999 in Hollister, California to Michelle and Greg Van De Mark. Nathan walked in the stairs of Heaven on December 13, 2017 at the age of 18.

Nathan is survived by his parents Michelle and Greg Van De Mark; 3 brothers: Kade, Zachary and Rhett and his sister Allyson Van De Mark; grandparents (that meant the world to him) Melvin and Yvonne Silveira, along with his uncle Joe Silveira; great aunt and uncle Henriette and Paul Carbone; cousins Eugene and Beth Carbone, Jeanette Peterson, Brooklyn, Francesca and Weston Peterson; as well as many, many friends.

While living in Hollister, Nathan attended Hollister public schools and recently graduated from San Benito High School, Class of 2017. Nathan has been a miracle since he was born. He was a happy, funny, loving and caring person with an infectious laugh and personality. Everyone who knew him or met him would never forget him. He would always have a smile on his face and he could make anyone else smile too. He was a true friend to everyone that had the privilege to have met him.

We want to thank God for the amazing, loving years he was with us. He loved his parents and family very much. We will miss him deeply and he will always hold a special place in our hearts. Until we meet again Nay Nay....

A Celebration of Life will be held at Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home on Friday, December 22nd at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow.
