I have good memories of hanging out with Leon in San Juan for a short time in early '70s. I was surprised about Leon when I met him. I had a different idea of the man, but he showed himself to be a calm, peaceful guy. He was not a talk trash. My condolences to Denis, Paul and Leon's family.

My condolences to all of family. Remember Leon as a very quiet ,private person. Never involved himself in gossip or issues which did not pertain to him. Kept to himself. But let us all remember him. He was my brother-in-law and brother. I cared about him and treated him with love and respect as he treated me. He stayed with us in Porterville for a while and he was able to get to know his nieces and nephews and tell them childhood memories. He fell in love with his great great nephew Marcelino. They played and laughed together. I knew Leon for 49 years. He will always have a place in my heart. Rosie

Condolences to my cousin, Leon's family. Sending love from Montana to all my family. We will miss Leon, but never forgotten ♡ May the Creator hold y'all close to his heart and ease the heartache and help you remember all the good times of laughter. Auntie n uncle with all our relatives, who have gone before us, will welcome him home. No more worries, he is free of our earthly hardships. Hugs ♡
