Obituary of Margaret Tortorelli

Margaret Tortorelli passed away in Hollister on September 10th, 2017 at the age of 103 years.

She belonged to the Hollister Grandmothers Club and the Sacred Heart Church Altar Society. She loved to cook and work in her garden, listen to music and watch baseball games; her favorite team was the San Francisco Giants.

Survived by: son Paul Tortorelli (Carolyn), grandchildren, Vincent, Albert, Christopher, and Michele Tortorelli. Great grandchildren: Alissa Tortorelli, Zachery Tortorelli, Rhiannon Thomasy, Savannah Thomasy, and daughter-in-law Mary Lou West.

Preceded in death by her husband Albert Tortorelli, an infant son who died at birth, her son Lewis,and her parents Peter and Furtunata Filice; her siblings, Pasquale Filice, Virginia Filice, Mary Filice and Julia Altomare.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to Mabie Southside Skilled Nursing Facility Patient Activity Fund or the Sacred Heart Church Altar Society or a charity of your choice in c/o the mortuary.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery; per her wishes services will be private graveside services
