Our thoughts and prayers to you at this sad time. Aunt Laura was a "One of a kind" lady. She and I spoke on the phone often. She, wanting to know how my family was, and I, wanting to know how she was. Of course, she was always fine, and didn't need anything. I will miss those calls. Laura Baughman (pictured on the right) passed away today, June 15th, 2017. Aunt Laura was born in Amador, California. November 8th 1920, moving to Hollister with her family in 1925. She married Harry Baughman in 1945, together raising 3 boys, Harry Jr (Gwen), Michael, and Keith, she lived most of her adult life in Felton, California and worked at Felton Rexall Drug Store, for Val Verutti. Moving back to Hollister in the early 80's, Laura went to work as hostess at Sugar Plum Farms. Laura is survived by her sons Harry Jr (Buddy) Seattle, WA and Keith Baughman, Felton, CA. Grandchildren, Todd, Zack of Washington Sara of
Bend, Oregon and Brain Baughman of Soldotna, Alaska and spouses, several great-grandchildren, also 2 sisters, Juanita Marcus, Carmen Vieira, sister-in-law Bernice Galdos. She was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Beatrice Galdos, her husband Harry Baughman, son Michael Baughman, her siblings, Marie Vallejo, Louise Branum, Frank Galdos, Helen Garcia, Henrietta Lietle, Eugeno Galdos, and Tom Galdos.
Aunt Laura was character, she will be truly missed, may you rest in peace.
