My deepest heartfelt condolences go out to all the family and friends who just adored and loved Jake. Having to break the news to my son, Clayton, who was a best friend to Jake broke my heart. JT was so kind and well mannered in my home and a joy to be around. He taught me how to use my first smartphone when my son had no patience to teach me. Jake will surely be missed, but I will always hold his laughter and smile in my heart. So very sorry for this horrible loss to all.

Dear Scott, Joyce and Robert - We can't begin to tell you how sorry we are for your loss. No one can tell you how to feel, unless they've been in your shoes. Jake was a beam of light in your lives and we know how deeply you loved him and how difficult it's been for you these past few weeks. We also know how much he loved you. His hugs and kisses we got all the time were so sincere, he really loved family life. Keep that beam of light shining in your hearts, I'm sure you haven't heard the last of him. We miss him too.
