Luisa Eugenia Velasco was born in Spain on November 15, 1930. Beloved wife of Raymond Velasco for 63 years. Loving mother of Isabel Singleton, Anna Velasco-Anderson (Jim), and Fernando Velasco. Adoring grandmother of Evan Sharp (Katie), and Jerit Daley (Samantha). Great-grandmother to the joys off her life, Isabella Sharp and Zahra Daley.

She lived her life as a vibrant and loving person with elegance and style. She will be truly missed by all who had the pleasure to know her.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 22nd, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. At San Juan Bautista District Cemetery.
