Jeffrey C. Bialo passed away in Hollister, California on February 24, 2017, at the age of 43 years. Jeffrey is survived by his father, Charles A. Bialo; his sister Christy Somerville and her husband Jason Somerville; and his nephew Michael Somerville. May he Rest in Peace/ Services will be private.
