Dearest Gina & Family,
Just read about your Mom's passing and wanted to extend my deepest sympathy. I remember your Mom so fondly...she had a radiant smile and was very gracious when my Mom became involved with HOPE with my sister.
Sending you prayers and blessings.
Warmly,
Connie Espinosa

I worked with Alma in the Headstart Program from 1975 to 1978. We were up at the Migrant Camp during that time . She was the bus driver as well as part-time aide. She was the most beautiful woman inside and out. The overwhelming smile and attitude she brought to the workplace uplifted me every morning. And that sense of humor made you want to be near her at any time.
Even after 20 years, I would see her at church and she still had that inner glow and friendliness that seemed to be her trademark. I will always carry her in my heart. She was a great lady and i was extremely fortunate to have known her.
