Obituary of Amador Areyan Narez
Amador was born in Purepero, Michoacan Mexico on September 14, 1938. He passed away peacefully on October 4, 2024, in Salinas, California surrounded by his family.
Amador was a hard-working man whose work was mostly in the agriculture industry. He worked for Martinell's in Watsonville, Kimberly Farms, and Ferry Morse Seeds in Hollister. His love of music included playing guitar, harmonica, piano, accordion, trumpet, and organ. He loved to sing and listen to Mariachi music. Anyone who knew him knew how he loved to do woodwork, paint, and garden. His dogs were his favorite pastime.
He also enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Dolores Alvarez-Narez. Daughters Esther Huse (Don), Yolie Fabela (Steve), and Terri Jennings (Steve). Also his brothers Rudy Narez (Delia), Johnny Narez, Jesse Narez, David Narez (Michelle), Sisters Dora Jiménez (Robert), Esperanza Leon (Steve), Rosie Masoni (Frank). Grandchildren - JJ, Christopher, Kasinda, Kayla, Marissa. Also many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his first wife Esperanza Hurtado, and parents Luis and Candida Narez. Brother Luis Narez and sister, Anita Rugerio. Grandchild Holly.
