Dear Uccello Family,
I so remember our visits to Hollister as a little girl with my parents and grandparents when the girls were little. The Uccellos are a lovely family, Julia and Joe, their sons and of course sweet Mary. She was so proud of her grandchildren and cooking for them after school was her delight.
I loved talking to her, and occasional visits even after all my family was gone. The reminiscing will be missed as will that kind smile of Mary’s.
Mary was the sweetest little angel on earth and I’m sure those wings have lifted her to the eternity of peace and joy she deserves.
With sadness and joy,
Brenda (Scornaienchi) Rice

Mary (Lavorato) Scornaienchi
Granddaughter of:
Eugene and Rose Lavorato and

Dear Lisa and Julie and all the Uccello family,
Our deepest condolences to you all. Please know we are holding you all in our hearts. Your mom was the most kind and gentle soul that ever lived. She was truly pure of heart. We are so grateful for the times our parents and families spent together growing up and after we moved to Hollister. She was like a sister to my mom- such a shared spirit. We loved her and we know how much she will be missed. May she rest in eternal peace.
