Carlos will be missed by many and he was one of the nicest men I had the pleasure of knowing. He was always such a big help to us, especially while I was on City Council. When COVID hit us in March of 2020 he always made sure our food table, canopy, and cooler with water was out for us. When we were done giving groceries to our San Juan Bautista Community Carlos picked everything up and packed it away for the following week! Carlos was so committed to our City of San Juan Bautista and I will always miss hearing him say his endearment, "Hi mamas," or "you're welcome mamas."
