Laurie and Family & Tim and Family,
I just saw that your father passed away. It is a no wonder that I did not spot him on his bike going up and down my neighborhood. I cycle as well and I would pass your father every day as I passed the streets that he was riding up and down. I would say "Good Morning, Mr. Solle," and he would wave. Your father was a remarkable human-being. I know that he is happy in heaven with your mom as those two were two peas in a pod. I am sorry that I did not see this sooner and I am so sorry for your loss.
Loosing a parent is never easy and no matter how many condolences are given to each of you, the pain is immeasurable. I hope that knowing your father is with your mother in heaven will give you some comfort.
