Richard was a great person to work with at the Hollister School District maintenance facility. Soft-spoken, friendly and knowledgeable, it was good to be around him. I miss him, Frank Perez, Joe Garcia, Albert Uccello and the rest of the gang that was there, some of which left us all too soon.

My condolences to family of Mr. Velasco, he was a great friend and he allways had something to teach me about anything he knew of, anytime I needed help with a project he could allways teach me so much about it and everytime he seen me struggling he helped me out so much, I recently learned of his passing and my heart ddropped because i had so much i wanted to tell him, I guess Ill have to wait for now Rest in Peace Mr Velasco and thank you for everything
