Manuel Carrillo Obituary

Manuel Louis Carrillo was born on June 16, 1986, to Hugo Juan Carrillo and Veronica Tatum. He grew up in Hollister where he attended elementary, middle school, and high school.


Manuel was a 49er’s fan. He loved writing and making music. He loved to have fun and was a social Spirit. He was always willing to help most people in need. He enjoyed the time he spent with his children, family, and close friends. He also loved to workout and encouraged people to workout and be in their best physical condition.


Manuel was preceded in death by his grandparents, Severa Carrillo, Manuel Carrillo, and Astrid Tatum. He is survived by his sisters Natalie Carrillo and Karla Tatum, his brothers Robert Carrillo and Jayvon Carrillo.


Manuel leaves behind to cherish his memories, his five children, his only daughter Malaya Carrillo, his sons Manuel Carrillo Jr., Andre Carrillo, Malaki Carrillo, and Cuauhtli Carrillo.


He will be forever loved and missed and in the hearts of his niece Rose LaNee’ Purcell, his grandmother Brenda Davidson, his grandfather Henry Tatum; his uncles Homer Carrillo, and Henry Tatum Jr., his aunts Paula Rodriguez,

Gwendolyn Randall, Tomiko Fagan, Felice and Nichole Tatum, his great aunts Heladia Nardi, Bertha Martinez, Dorothy Walker, Linda Harvey, and his great uncles, James Davidson, Claude Davidson, and Willie Davidson, along with numerous cousins.


Manuel’s legacy will continue to live through us all.Although he is gone, he will never be forgotten. May his soul

rest in eternal peace.
