Elvira fue una esposa devota de Silvano Paniagua, su compañero de vida. Juntos, crearon un hogar lleno de amor y calidez. Su historia de amor fue una de compromiso inquebrantable y profundo afecto. Como madre, Elvira fue una luz guía para sus hijos, María Luisa, Oliva, Antonio, Arcenio, Elvira, Átalo, María Guadalupe, Arturo, Silvia y Silvano. Les inculcó valores de integridad y compasión. Sus hijos siempre estarán agradecidos por su amor y orientación. A lo largo de su vida, Elvira tocó las vidas de muchos con su espíritu generoso y su naturaleza compasiva.
