Efrain was a friend since high school. A couple years older, so I looked up to him. I moved away after high school only to come back to Hollister 20 years later. I coached Jr Giants baseball and I saw one of the parent was Efrain. His son Diego was on my team. Efrain was still the same cool, talkative, funny person I knew 20 or so years ago. Efrain stepped up and became a parent coach and was a big part of our successful season, volunteering his time to help at practice or games. He was always looking to lend a hand and teaching his son how to be the same. You will be missed by many. Rest in Paradise.

Frainy, I’ll never forget the memories we made growing up my boy. From the days we used to walk from party to party from one side of town to the other. Our back road cruises, Humboldt trips, Snowboarding trips, riding our bikes in SC Mountains or in Monterey, or when you and Erika lived on Hillcrest and one of your jefe’s Chivo’s knocked me on my A$! and you thought that was hella funny. Dear Erica and Family, There are no words to express the loss of our beloved Compa. He was the bright light in so many of our lives and will never be forgotten. Every time I saw him he gave me an update on each of his amazing children. He was so very proud of each of you and loved you all so much. He now will be the bright star in the heavens for each of us and be in our hearts forever.
