Obituary of Margarita Cardoza

Please share a memory of Margarita to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Margarita Cardoza was born on October 12, 1951, to Alejo Hernandez and Encarnacion Lujan. She was the 2nd born of 13 children. Margarita was born in Ysleta, Texas but resided in Hollister, California until her passing on December 5, 2023, in Sa Jose, California. For those who knew Margarita, she was a strong Texan woman who was stubborn in her ways. Despite that, she was loving, caring, funny, and kind of a bully to her younger sibling. She loved music and dancing. Tia, I am going to miss your random phone calls, your laugh, and watching you eat sunflower seeds. I will also miss your dancing and simplicity. Margarita is proceeded in death by her son Oscar Galvan, Mother Encarnacion Lujan, father Alejo Hernandez, Brother Florentino Hernandez, Sister Leonor Hernandez, Sister Linda Hernandez, Nephew Stephen Quintero and Neice Yvonne Hernandez. She is survived by her Siblings: Martha Quintero, Anita Calvillo, Gloria Hernandez, Gracie Hernandez, Alejo Hernandez, Kathy Valdez, Eleanor Escamilla, Victor Hernandez and Michael Hernandez. Also, by all her nieces and nephews, and those who knew her. You are loved and will be missed by all. This is not a goodbye Tia but see you later. Love you.
