In Loving Memory of Chase (Sam) Christopher Martin It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved child, who left this world far too soon on December 2, 2023. Chase (Sam) brought immeasurable joy, laughter, and love into the lives of all who knew him/her. Born on April 21, 2000, he/she was a bright light in our lives and touched the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to be a part of his/her journey. Despite the brevity of his/her time with us, Chase (Sam) left an indelible mark on the world. His/her infectious smile, boundless energy, and curious spirit will forever be etched in our memories. In his/her brief time, Chase (Sam) taught us the true meaning of resilience and unconditional love. He/she faced challenges with courage and grace that belied his/her tender age, leaving an enduring legacy of strength and inspiration. Chase (Sam) is survived by Brooke Shupe “Shores” (mother), Lucas Martin (father), Derrol Shupe (stepfather), Kelsey Martin (stepmother), Ashton Martin (brother), Bailey Tarasco (stepsister), Debra Castro “Shores” (grandmother), Lorraine Castro (grandmother), Walter Shores (grandfather), Shelley Shores (step-grandmother), Karen Durbin (grandmother), Rich Durbin (step-grandfather), John Martin (grandfather), Walter “Chris” Shores (uncle), Angel Shores (aunt), Megan Avery (aunt), Brittany Shores (aunt), Brendan Shores (uncle), and multiple other family members who are devastated by the loss of Sam. They find solace in the cherished memories and the love that Chase (Sam) brought into their lives. The Celebration of Life for Chase (Sam) will be held on Saturday, December 16th @ 2:00 pm at Bolado Park (Oaks Building), 9000 Airline Hwy, Tres Pinos, CA. 95075.
