How can a man be both the hardest worker and funniest person I know? I don’t know, but that sure was my grandpa. I loved his sense of humor- He was so witty and whenever he delivered a joke a sly smile would spread across his face, he’d adjust his glasses, and then laughter would erupt. His humor was born out of a remarkable resilience, which I hope lives on in me. I am so grateful for all of the sacrifices he made throughout his entire life for me and his family. I will forever miss my grandpa’s smile and chuckle when we would come to visit him or even talk on the phone. My grandpa was the kindest man I had ever met and I will truly miss him with all my heart. I remember him always happy and going out of his way for me since I was an infant. I’m at peace knowing he’s with my grandma dancing the night away. I’ll always be your Sarita❤️

There are no amount of words to describe how much I miss my grandpa and what a great man he was. I will always remember our daily convos, his big smile & laugh. Whenever he was having something good for breakfast I would say “ I wish I could be having that” he would follow with “ come on over I’ll have a plate ready for you” The love he showed me, my husband and his great grandchildren was felt. Everytime I visited I will remember him and and my grandmother waiting at the door with open arms, every visit wasn’t long enough. I will forever cherish the little moments we had from sitting in his backyard together in silence in the early mornings or sitting on the couch together to watch tv. He made me feel loved. Te amo mucho grandpa❤️
