Daniel Costa Bertao passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 13, 2023, at the young age of 41. He was born on July 23, 1981, in Los Banos CA. Although Daniel's life was cut short, he accomplished a lot during his brief time on this earth. His love of outdoor activities such as quad riding, camping, fishing, and being with family and friends allowed him to lead a fun and enriching life. Upon graduating from San Benito High School in 2000, Daniel went to work in the construction industry and remained in that line of work until his passing. His work ethic and discipline kept him extremely busy and he always strived to make the most of every opportunity. Daniel lived life to the fullest and had a prominent personality to prove it. His unfiltered, outspoken nature and fun spirit will always be remembered among his family and close friends. Daniel is survived by his parents, Agostinho and Lucilia Bertao, his identical twin brother, Dino Bertao, sister-in-law, Tiffany Bertao, and his two young nieces, Avery (6) and Madison (4) Bertao. He was also a beloved godfather to Avery Bertao. Daniel will be greatly missed and remembered in our hearts forever.
