Matt, I'm so sorry for your loss... I recall your mother, Kathleen, at many baseball games in SJB where you played on the same team as my son Aaron. It was obvious that Kathleen was a devoted mother as she never failed to root for you at all the games, no matter how cold the weather... She was so proud of your pitching skills...When I organized a summer enrichment camp at SJB in 2002, Kathleen generously led our students on a field trip of the Nyland property. Apologies for sending this late. I was doing hospice care for my brother who passed away a couple of days ago. He was also 66 and had pancreatic cancer. Warm regards, Mary Hsia-Coron

My deepest condolences to Kathleen’s son. I have fond childhood memories of being in Girl Scouts with Kathleen and her Mom…wrapping Christmas presents at the adobe on Nyland Dr., selling GS cookies, day camp etc. May her spirit soar and continue to illuminate Matthew’s journey!

Matt I knew and worked with your mom on several events through different organizations, along with her mom. Very special women that i was lucky to know and be friends with. So sorry for your loss.
